Terms of Service

By creating an account on GrowStrata Network or by accessing any feature of GrowStrata Network, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use GrowStrata Network. These Terms apply to GrowStrata Network only. They do not govern other products or services offered by Keep It Simple Financial Growth® LLC, including the main growstrata.com website, financial education programs, or mentorship services.

Minimum age: You must be at least 18 years old to create or maintain a GrowStrata Network account. This requirement is strictly enforced. Age verification: You are required to provide your date of birth during registration. Your age is calculated server-side at the time of registration. Accounts will not be created or activated for individuals who have not yet reached their 18th birthday on the date of registration. Existing members: Members who registered before the age requirement was introduced must confirm their eligibility by submitting their date of birth through the age verification prompt. Until eligibility is confirmed, existing members retain read access but may not post, comment, send messages, or engage in other member interactions. False age information: Providing false date of birth information, misrepresenting your age, or circumventing age verification in any way is a material breach of these Terms. Such conduct may result in immediate account restriction, permanent ban, deletion of all content associated with the account, and referral to applicable legal authorities. Consequences of confirmed underage status: If an account is confirmed to belong to an individual under 18 years of age, GrowStrata Network will: • Restrict network access immediately • Prevent posting, commenting, messaging, and all other member interactions • Retain only the minimum data required by applicable law and these Terms • Record all enforcement actions in the platform's immutable audit system Disputing an age restriction: If you believe your account has been incorrectly restricted due to an age determination, you may dispute the restriction by contacting us through the Connect page at growstrata.com/connect. An administrator will review your dispute and respond within 5 business days.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may not share your account with any other person. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep your account information current. You may not create an account on behalf of another person without their explicit consent. One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to evade restrictions, bans, or age requirements is prohibited and will result in permanent ban of all associated accounts.

You retain ownership of content you post on GrowStrata Network. By posting content, you grant Keep It Simple Financial Growth® LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and store that content as necessary to operate the platform. You are solely responsible for the content you post. Content must comply with the GrowStrata Network Community Standards, available at growstrata.com/network/community-standards. GrowStrata Network is a financial education community. Content that constitutes investment advice, solicits investments, promotes unregistered securities, or makes guaranteed return promises is prohibited and may be reported to applicable regulatory authorities.

Your use of GrowStrata Network is also governed by the GrowStrata Network Privacy Policy, available at growstrata.com/network/privacy. Date of birth: Your date of birth is used solely to establish and maintain age eligibility. Raw birth dates are never stored. Only a cryptographic hash is retained for audit purposes. Birth dates are never included in public profiles, search results, feeds, or any public API response. Data retention: If your account is restricted or banned due to confirmed underage status, we will retain only the minimum data required by applicable law. We will delete or anonymize all other personal data associated with the account within 30 days of the restriction, subject to any legal hold obligations.

GrowStrata Network reserves the right to remove content, restrict access, suspend, or permanently ban accounts that violate these Terms or the Community Standards. All moderation actions are logged in an immutable audit system. Suspended members may appeal by contacting us through the Connect page. Age-restricted members may dispute the determination as described in the Membership Eligibility section above. GrowStrata Network does not suppress content based on whether a member pays for advertising or promotion. Moderation decisions are based solely on compliance with these Terms and the Community Standards.

GrowStrata Network is provided for educational and community purposes only. Nothing on GrowStrata Network constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions. Keep It Simple Financial Growth® LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any content posted by members. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Keep It Simple Financial Growth® LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of GrowStrata Network.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to members via the platform. Continued use of GrowStrata Network after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
